We are a leading blockchain security audit company (partners with Lido, Curve, Symbiotic). We’ve helped prevent over $350M in losses. As we scale, we are looking for a hands-on Operations Lead to work closely with our COO and build the foundation for our growth.

Your Mission: You will drive execution across Finance, Legal, Systems, and Coordination. This is a role for a "doer" who can build processes from scratch without creating bureaucracy.

What you’ll do: 

• Finance: Manage P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and accountant relations.

• Legal & Admin: Oversee contracts, compliance, and entity management. 

• Systems: Optimize tools, payroll, and payments for a distributed team. 

• People Ops: Support logistics (visas, relocation) and organize team retreats.

Who we are looking for: 

• Small Team DNA: You’ve run operations in a tech services company of ~10–30 people. 

• Financially Savvy: You are comfortable with financial statements and resource planning.

• Hands-on: You are ready to execute, not just manage. You know when to add structure and when to stay nimble. 

• Language: Fluent Russian and professional English. 

• Interest in Web3: You don't need to be an expert, but you must be curious about DeFi.
