Onboarding Manager
We are looking for a Onboarding Manager / People Experience Manager who will design and deliver a seamless, human centered employee journey across the entire lifecycle, with a primary focus on building a structured onboarding system and running cross functional experience projects.
This role combines onboarding design, employee experience management and cross team coordination to ensure every new joiner feels supported, connected and culturally aligned from Day 0.
What You Will Achieve
In the first 3 months
Launch multi track onboarding for expat, PH local and remote employees
Implement the HiBob welcome flow, buddy program and welcome events
Deliver onboarding guides, content, communication structure and onboarding documentation
Produce and launch the welcome pack
In the first 6 to 9 months
Improve 90 day integration and experience metrics such as time to productivity and onboarding CSAT
Build scalable rituals and People Experience processes that grow with the company
Support culture, recognition and internal communication initiatives
Your Responsibilities
Onboarding Experience
Build onboarding journeys for global, local and remote teams
Create human touch welcome flows across HiBob, Slack and Confluence
Deliver welcome content, guides, quizzes and onboarding events
Launch and manage the Buddy Program
Coordinate smoothly with Recruitment, HRBP, IT, Operations and other teams
Develop and produce welcome packs
Employee Experience Projects
Run initiatives that improve everyday employee experience such as welcome moments, rituals, internal communication touchpoints, office visibility and cultural activations
Co design expat integration programs and community events
Support engagement, recognition and culture building initiatives
Act as project manager for experience related launches and improvements
Experience Quality and Insights
Monitor onboarding CSAT, 90 day integration metrics and feedback loops
Identify friction points and propose meaningful improvements
What We Expect From You
Experience in employee or people experience, onboarding or HR operations projects
Strong project management and cross functional coordination skills
Excellent written communication and the ability to create clear, friendly content
Understanding of multicultural and fast paced environments
High attention to detail, ownership mindset and ability to run initiatives end to end
