NLP Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a new addition to our ML team - NLP Machine Learning Engineer. As a part of our fast-growing team you will play an important role in developing and implementing machine learning models to enhance our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop intent‐classification models to accurately identify user intents

• Fine‐tune prompts and optimize large-language models for enhanced performance

• Analyze chat interactions to extract insights, monitor trends, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement

• Deploy and maintain machine-learning models

• (Optional) Develop and integrate voice-bot solutions for candidates with audio processing experience.

What we expect from candidate:

• 2+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist, ideally in fintech or fast-paced product environments

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL

• Solid foundation in classical ML techniques and fluency in core libraries:
  Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Statsmodels, XGBoost/LightGBM/CatBoost

• Experience in risk modeling is a strong plus

• Exposure to graph and/or geospatial modeling is a plus

• Experience working with AWS (or other cloud environments) is a plus

• Strong business intuition and ability to translate data into actionable outcomes

• Familiarity with model monitoring, version control, and collaborative development workflows

Nice to Have

• Voice-bot development or audio-processing experience

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker)

• Infrastructure-as-Code knowledge (Terraform)

• Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
