Motion Designer

In this role, you’ll produce engaging, performance-driven video ads, develop visual concepts and storyboards, and incorporate AI-generated images, videos, and user-generated content. You’ll analyze data to refine and optimize visuals for maximum engagement and implement workflow automation to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce performance-driven video ad creatives and social media videos for multiple platforms, including resizing and localization.

• Generate and integrate AI content (images, video, talking heads, UGC) and refine it through editing, color grading, lip-sync, sound, and branding.

• Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards; participate in brainstorming and idea generation based on trend and metric analysis.

• Implement and improve workflow automation (After Effects scripts, AI pipelines) and continuously test new tools to boost efficiency.

• Analyze creative performance and iterate to optimize engagement and conversion.

Requirements

• Strong Adobe After Effects skills; proficiency with Premiere/Photoshop/Illustrator; Cinema 4D/Blender is a plus.

• Experience with AI image/video tools (Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, etc.) and integrating AI assets into productions.

• Understanding of performance-video principles (hooks, pacing, retention) and basic sound design.

• Portfolio showcasing diverse motion work: ads, social creatives, UI animations.

• Proactive, responsible, metric-driven mindset.

• Fluent English as a huge plus.
