Middle-Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

Our client is an established player in the iGaming industry, with four years of experience in online operations. Over this time, they have built a strong team of 50 professionals and developed in-house traffic sources, including a dedicated media buying department. The company operates on its own proprietary platform and targets Tier 1 English-speaking markets such as Canada, the UK, Europe, and Australia. The team works entirely remotely.

Required skills:

1. 2+ years of experience in Affiliates & online marketing with a strong network of contacts;
2. Proven success in Tier-1 markets, working across various traffic sources.
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
4. Flexible and quick to adapt to new markets and fast-changing environments.
5. Fluent in English with strong business communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive revenue growth through affiliate partnerships by maintaining strong communication and support with all affiliates and partners.
2. Track, measure, and report on affiliate performance using standard KPIs to optimize effectiveness.
3. Proactively source, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, negotiating deals and finalizing agreements to grow the network.
4. Collaborate with affiliates on joint marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and engagement.
5. Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and a high return on investment.
6. Represent the company at key iGaming events, keeping a close eye on industry developments, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.
