Middle+ Marketing Specialist (Inbound Growth)

We partner with healthcare organizations globally to design, validate, and scale digital products that impact real-world clinical and behavioral outcomes.
Primary Goal:
Build and scale a stable, manageable inbound pipeline of qualified B2B leads.
What You’ll Do
Short-Term Demand Generation:
Launch and scale expert-driven content initiatives
Build and optimize multi-step lead nurturing funnels
Run influencer marketing campaigns
Organize and execute online events (webinars, workshops, etc.)
Long-Term Growth Initiatives:
Contribute to company-owned media development
Develop partner marketing initiatives
Work with SEO / GEO strategies
Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities
Participate in building and activating professional communities
Growth Execution:
Track performance metrics and iterate through hypotheses
Collaborate with PMs on acquisition, engagement, and retention insights
Develop ICP understanding through custdev and market analysis
Create and optimize conversion-focused marketing assets (landings, sequences, etc.)
🛠️ What You Bring
Must-Have:
Proven B2B marketing experience in IT / digital products or services
Hands-on experience with inbound demand generation funnels
Growth mindset and data-driven approach
Strong audience & market research skills (ICP, custdev, competitor analysis)
Product thinking: acquisition, engagement & retention metrics understanding
AI-first approach in marketing workflows and execution
English — C1
Nice to Have:
Experience with influencer marketing or online events
ABM experience (tools, principles, approaches)
SEO / GEO hands-on experience
Healthcare / digital health background
Experience with CRM / automation tools (HubSpot or similar)
