Middle+ Marketing Specialist (Inbound Growth)

We partner with healthcare organizations globally to design, validate, and scale digital products that impact real-world clinical and behavioral outcomes.

Primary Goal:

Build and scale a stable, manageable inbound pipeline of qualified B2B leads.

What You’ll Do

Short-Term Demand Generation:

  • Launch and scale expert-driven content initiatives

  • Build and optimize multi-step lead nurturing funnels

  • Run influencer marketing campaigns

  • Organize and execute online events (webinars, workshops, etc.)

Long-Term Growth Initiatives:

  • Contribute to company-owned media development

  • Develop partner marketing initiatives

  • Work with SEO / GEO strategies

  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities

  • Participate in building and activating professional communities

Growth Execution:

  • Track performance metrics and iterate through hypotheses

  • Collaborate with PMs on acquisition, engagement, and retention insights

  • Develop ICP understanding through custdev and market analysis

  • Create and optimize conversion-focused marketing assets (landings, sequences, etc.)

🛠️ What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • Proven B2B marketing experience in IT / digital products or services

  • Hands-on experience with inbound demand generation funnels

  • Growth mindset and data-driven approach

  • Strong audience & market research skills (ICP, custdev, competitor analysis)

  • Product thinking: acquisition, engagement & retention metrics understanding

  • AI-first approach in marketing workflows and execution

  • English — C1

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with influencer marketing or online events

  • ABM experience (tools, principles, approaches)

  • SEO / GEO hands-on experience

  • Healthcare / digital health background

  • Experience with CRM / automation tools (HubSpot or similar)
