About the project:

The project aims to develop a flexible technological platform in collaboration with regulated crypto exchange, enabling users to access its services through a mobile application (B2C) and integrated solutions within banks’ and licensed aggregators’ native interfaces (B2B2C). The solution includes a complete user registration and identification infrastructure with integration of KYC/AML providers Cyberity and Sumsub, support for an agent-based identification model, and secure data transfer to ensure a seamless user experience.

Your Responsibilities at Aristek Systems

  • Define requirements by creating and managing high-level business solutions, BA artifacts, while also identifying potential problems, opportunities, and dependencies for efficient project planning.

  • Perform in-depth research to produce comprehensive project requirements and user stories, complete with acceptance criteria, determining specifications, conducting gap and competitive analyses, outlining business rules, and devising roadmaps to transition from the current state to the desired state.

  • Demonstrate negotiation skills in managing requirements among multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment between client expectations and our capabilities.

  • Visualize business processes, represent potential application workflows, and construct UML diagrams to enhance understanding and documentation of project components.

  • Contribute a valuable business perspective to the customer process, providing conceptual insights and mockups when necessary.

  • Ensure ongoing communication with internal project teams to synchronize visions, coordinate potential solutions, and foster alignment among ecosystem components.

  • Facilitate effective communication regarding proposed solutions, enhancements, and modifications to ensure alignment between potential clients and internal teams.

  • Actively participate in meetings, conduct demo sessions, gather feedback, and subsequently deliver compiled outcomes in a follow-up format post-meetings.

  • Collaborate closely with potential clients during the Presale phase, engaging with stakeholders, including management, development, and engineering teams, to understand their business objectives and requirements, subsequently documenting initial business processes, workflows, and potential system functionalities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst on projects within Software Development organizations.

  • Experience in FInTech projects. Understanding specific industry challenges and requirements.

  • Understanding of transaction processing, including designing and maintaining a transaction status model, handling errors, retries, and reversals.

  • Ability to design and document payment flows, including deposits, withdrawals, fee calculations, and multi-step financial operations.

  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methods and tools, with the ability to quickly understand complex processes, take on new tasks, and find effective solutions.

  • Full knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, with practical experience in applying them to projects.

  • Demonstrated experience working with task management systems such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma (!), Axure, and Balsamiq.

  • Proficiency in constructing diagrams using tools like Draw.io and Lucidchart for visualizing requirements and processes.

  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, with excellent verbal and written skills.

  • Ability to build strong client relationships, understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide consistent support during development.

  • Experience in creating compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstration materials to showcase the value of proposed solutions to prospective clients.

  • Team player: demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Self-motivated, self-managing and result oriented person.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with products in the cryptocurrency domain, with an understanding of Financial Institutions, fiat operations, payment processing flows, and digital assets.

  • Understanding of financial operations within crypto products, such as top-ups, exchanges, withdrawals, and related workflows.

  • Familiarity with KYC/AML requirements related to digital assets, including compliance checks.

  • Capability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify market opportunities and potential clients.

  • Management (project or team coordination) experience. An ability to handle complex tasks, coordinate activities, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

  • Experience working in cross-cultural teams is a plus, showcasing the ability to collaborate in diverse environments.
