Marketing Project Manager

We’re searching Marketing Project Manager (User Acquisition Funnel) for a proactive specialist to coordinate the end-to-end creation of marketing landing pages and quizzes for multiple regions, including LATAM, MENA, EU, and beyond.

This role will optimize workflows, manage cross-functional teams, and drive continuous growth through data-driven insights and A/B testing.

What you are going to do:

• Optimize production workflows (briefing, requirements, design, copywriting, QA, launch) to improve time-to-market and reduce rework

• Identify growth opportunities through analytics dashboards, competitor research, and industry best practices; prioritize and brief improvements

• Plan and execute A/B tests in collaboration with regional marketing teams to validate hypotheses and improve conversion rates and other key metrics

• Monitor performance weekly, sharing insights and actionable next steps with regional marketing teams

What we expect from you

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the marketing or IT industry

• Hands-on experience managing web project development from idea to launch, ideally using low-code/no-code tools

• Strong eye for web design and solid understanding of modern UX/UI trends

• Familiarity with contemporary project management methodologies

• Experience with analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Proficiency in Figma, Google Analytics, and Notion; experience with popular no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Tilda, Webflow)

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations

• English proficiency at Intermediate (B1) level or highe
