Marketing Perfomance Manager (MPF)

We are seeking an experienced Performance marketing manager with proven expertise in fintech within the European market. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional capable of building, executing, and scaling multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive investor growth and platform visibility.

1–3 Months: Foundation & Launch Phase
Affiliate Management
> Onboard & manage affiliate partners/networks.
> Launch & optimize affiliate campaigns for verified/depositing users.
> Maintain partner comms & performance dashboards.
Focus: Maximize platform reviews on fintech/investment sites.
PPC Campaigns
> Set up & manage ad accounts (Google, Meta, TikTok).
> Implement campaign tracking.
> Run lead-gen & signup campaigns; optimize CVR & CPA.
> Maintain weekly, monthly reports (CAC, ROI).
Focus: Soft launch & account warm-up.

3–6 Months: Growth & Optimization Phase
> Scale top-performing Affiliate & PPC channels in key EU markets.
> Run A/B tests for creatives, copy & targeting.
> Localize ad “recipes” (visuals, tone, offer) per country.
> Optimize LPs & user flows with Product/Design.
> Track KPIs: CAC, LTV/CAC, ROI per channel.

6–12 Months: Scale & Automation Phase
> Expand affiliate partnerships & referrals.
> Automate dashboards for ROI & funnel analytics.
> Deploy retargeting & remarketing for high-value investors.
> Own yearly marketing budget and costs forecasting

Requirements

• 4+ yrs experience in performance marketing

• Proven record in PPC (Google/Meta/TikTok) & affiliate management.

• Strong in GTM, GA4, postback & CRM tools.

• Data-driven, analytical, hands-on mindset.

• Excellent in English; other EU languages a plus.

• Strong cross-team coordination (Product/Compliance)

• Background in investment/crowdfunding is a major plus.
