Marketing manager
Our client is a fast-growing group of companies operating across multiple business sectors in Cyprus.
The group is active in a wide range of industries, including real estate development and management, shipping, alcohol retail and wholesale, HoReCa, countryside resorts, event and concert organization, aesthetic cosmetology, IT, capital management, and charitable initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the clinic’s marketing strategy, including brand positioning, media planning, and communication framework;
• Manage digital promotion activities: setup and optimization of targeted and contextual advertising in collaboration with contractors, as well as analysis of key performance indicators (CPL, CPA, LTV, ROI);
• Grow and manage the clinic’s social media presence: contribute to content strategy, brief designers, and ensure all visual and written materials comply with brand guidelines;
• Work with influencers and opinion leaders: identify relevant partners, manage communication, launch integrations, and assess performance;
• Oversee print and offline materials: development and ordering of flyers, certificates, and branded collateral;
• Manage PR activities: collaborate with relevant media, prepare editorial content, and coordinate publications;
• Participate in the organization of external and in-house events;
• Analyze the marketing funnel and customer journey, identifying opportunities for acquisition, retention, and optimization;
• Segment the client base and manage email and SMS campaigns, including loyalty and referral programs;
• Ensure consistent visual identity and brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, medical, wellness, or premium service sectors;
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including targeting, contextual advertising, SEO, and analytics;
• Proven skills in strategic planning and project management;
• Experience working with creative and technical contractors;
• Strong visual taste, excellent written communication skills, and high attention to detail;
• Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken);
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus, accuracy, and clear prioritization.
