Marketing Analyst (Marketing team)
We’re now looking for a Marketing Analyst who will work across CRM and Marketing channels. This is a new and high-impact role — you’ll be the go-to person for evaluating the performance of our global marketing activities, building attribution and social analytics systems, and guiding growth across B2B and B2C verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze complex marketing data to uncover growth opportunities and shape decision-making
Build unified attribution models across CRM, social and offline events
Develop social analytics and model content performance targets
Create predictive models to assess campaign effectiveness and revenue impact
Own dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions across teams
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to design experiments and prioritize initiatives
Lead on marketing mix modeling and support strategic planning for new market entries
Implement analytics best practices and foster a culture of knowledge sharing
Required Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Marketing, Product, or Data Analyst
Hands-on with SQL (any dialect); Clickhouse experience is a plus
Strong Python skills for data analysis, modeling, and visualization
Deep understanding of marketing analytics: attribution, A/B testing, CRM performance
Experience with BI tools, GA, Appsflyer, Airflow or similar ETL systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business outcomes
Fluent English (B2+)
Nice to have
Experience working in B2B and B2C environments
Background in multi-region businesses with diverse marketing infrastructures
