Marketing Analyst (B2C Subscriptions, Cohort Model)
We’re looking for someone who can break down our entire economics from click → to → dollar, find where money leaks, and help us grow profit faster.
Role Mission
To make our marketing and revenue economics transparent, predictable and profitable — from acquisition to subscriptions, upsells, retention and net revenue. Your goal is to deliver insights that directly increase profit and ROAS.
What you will do
You will own the full revenue and marketing analytics stack.
Build and maintain core BI dashboards: daily/weekly exec dashboards, channel performance, cohort reports, LTV, retention, churn, payback.
Connect and monitor the entire funnel: Spend → Clicks → Visits → Purchases → Upsells → Renewals → Refunds → Net.
Manage unit economics: CAC/CPA, ROAS, LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, payback, churn, margin.
Ensure clean and consistent data: unified metric definitions, correct attribution windows, currencies, time zones and cohort logic.
How we measure success
All money metrics align across all dashboards.
Clear visibility into net economics by channel, geo and creative.
A stable, up-to-date dashboard system (performance, cohorts, retention, churn/refunds, upsells).
You consistently surface insights on where we lose money and what to fix.
