Manual QA Engineer

We’re looking for a Manual QA Tester who is detail-oriented, user-focused, and passionate about product quality. Someone who understands complex workflows, thinks like a recruiter, and ensures every release meets a high standard.

You should have:

• Experience in Manual QA.

• Strong understanding of web application testing, regression, and exploratory testing.

• Experience writing clear test cases, scenarios, and bug reports.

• Ability to test multi-step workflows and complex business logic.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, browser DevTools, and test management systems.

• Ability to use AI tools to speed up documentation, test case writing, or analysis.

• Interest or experience in testing AI agents, AI-driven workflows, or prompt-based systems.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Customer Success teams to ensure quality across every release.

What You’ll Do 🚀

• Test core Helio AI features.

• Execute smoke, functional, regression, UI, and cross-browser testing.

• Test real recruiter flows end-to-end:

• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and edge cases.

• Document bugs with clear steps, expected results, and environment info.

• Support sprint cycles, releases, and hotfix validations.

• Proactively identify UX, flow, or data issues before users encounter them.

Your work ensures that every recruiter using Helio has a smooth, intuitive experience - every single day.

• Experience testing SaaS or recruitment/HR systems.

• Understanding of CI/CD processes.

• Interest in AI-driven product development.

• Experience testing AI models, prompt flows, or LLM-based systems.
