Lifecycle Marketing Manager (CRM)

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own and optimize the customer journey at Finom. You'll design and execute lifecycle campaigns that drive conversion, activation, engagement, and retention across our customer base. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution—you'll dig into data to uncover opportunities, develop hypotheses, run experiments, and deliver measurable business impact.

What you'll do:

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy across the customer journey, from activation to engagement, retention, and reactivation through multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS)

  • Drive data-driven experimentation: Dig deep into data to identify problems, formulate hypotheses, and design rigorous tests that unlock growth. Use quantitative analysis to uncover root causes and continuously optimize outcomes

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Creative to ensure lifecycle campaigns are tightly integrated into the broader growth engine

  • Execute large-scale campaigns with technical precision, managing segmentation and targeting to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time

  • Influence strategically: Communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders, championing lifecycle marketing as a strategic growth lever across the funne

What you'll bring:

  • Mid-to-senior level experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth roles, preferably in B2B or fintech

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience formulating problem statements, developing hypotheses, business cases and designing experiments for measurable outcomes

  • Proven track record of successful cross-channel lifecycle campaigns

  • Data analysis skills: SQL experience or ability to partner effectively with data teams

  • Strategic problem-solving background (consulting, growth strategy, or analytical roles)

  • Customer-first attitude with deep understanding of segmentation

  • Bias to action with track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • B2B or fintech product experience

  • Customer engagement platforms (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Bloomreach)

  • Analytics tools (Looker, GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Metabase)

  • Technical skills (HTML, CSS, Liquid)

  • International or high-growth scale-up experience
