Lead product Analyst
What you are going to do:
Lead the analytics team responsible for Learning Experience (platform, courses, student engagement, learning metrics)
Define priorities for analytical tasks, allocate resources, and ensure quality of deliverables
Design and improve metrics to measure learning effectiveness: engagement, course progress, and completion
Support and develop dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
Work closely with product managers, developers, and operations to drive decisions
Help shape strategic product decisions using data and research
Grow and mentor the analytics team, build scalable processes
What we expect from you
Stack: SQL, Python (pandas, matplotlib/seaborn), Tableau / PowerBI / Looker
Strong expertise in SQL, and confident Python skills
3+ years of experience in analytics, including 1+ year in a senior or lead role
Experience with BI tools and building decision-making dashboards
Solid understanding of product metrics: retention, LTV, conversion
Ability to formulate hypotheses and make data-driven recommendations
Experience managing or mentoring a team of analysts
