Lead Influencer Manager

Key Responsibilities

— Influencer Outreach and Relationship Building:Identify and engage with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) who align with our brand.

— Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing collaboration and partnership.

— Campaign Management:Design, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from conception to completion.

— Coordinate with influencers to create authentic, compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

— Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

— Track key metrics and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

— Creative Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align influencer content with brand goals and marketing strategies.

— Generate innovative ideas for influencer collaborations and content creation.

Qualifications

— Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.

— Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns and relationships.

— Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns and relationships on the markets of Europe and Tier1 countries (US, CA, AU etc.)

— Skills:Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscapes.

— Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

— Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
