Lead Game Designer

We’re looking for an experienced and talented Lead Game Designer to take a key role in developing core gameplay mechanics and systems. You will define the direction of game design, coordinate the work of the design team, and help shape the vision of the project.

This role requires both hands-on involvement in feature creation and a strategic mindset, strong team leadership, and a product-oriented approach to game development.

Responsibilities

• Collect and define the vision for gameplay and meta systems of the project

• Develop and articulate concepts for features and systems to improve and evolve the game

• Lead the game design team: set goals, provide mentorship, and review design decisions

• Analyze user experience and product metrics through game analytics

• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams: product, analytics, engineering, art, and production

• Ensure highquality execution of game features at all stages — from concept to release

What skills will you use

• 5+ years of experience in game design, including relevant experience as a lead

• Participation in the development and live operations of successful game projects

• Interest in football/soccerthemed games

• Strong expertise in RPG, action, and sports simulation genres

• Experience building game systems from concept and prototyping to production

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a crossfunctional team

• Strong ability to structure work and prioritize at both feature and team levels

• A productoriented mindset and a clear understanding of how game design impacts metrics

• Experience working with analytics tools and data

• Experience leading a game design team (2+ people)
