RemoteJunior

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our fast-paced Project Management team. This role is ideal for someone with ~2 years of experience in business analysis, product operations, finance project coordination, or similar roles—ideally within Brokerage, Trading, Fintech, or other data-intensive environments.

As a Junior PM, you will work closely with senior project managers and leadership, playing a pivotal role in connecting the firm to new trading venues, exchanges, and brokers, particularly in greenfield markets. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  1. Support the onboarding of new trading venues and brokers, coordinating efforts across technical and operational teams.
  2. Collaborate with external partners (e.g., exchanges, custodians) to define and drive requirements and timelines.
  3. Co-lead projects from initiation to deployment: defining scope, managing schedules and risks, and ensuring accountability.
  4. Track deliverables, manage documentation, run effective internal and external meetings.
  5. Maintain clear and proactive communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  6. Escalate timeline risks and dependencies clearly and in a timely manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. 2 years of experience in project coordination or operations, ideally in a trading, fintech, or financial environment.
  2. Keen interested in working with technical, compliance, Risk and back-office teams.
  3. Hands-on experience with project tracking and documentation is an advantage.
  4. Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Experience in external-facing roles, including working with vendors or market participants.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or a related field.
  2. Understanding of trading workflows (e.g., order types, settlement cycles, exchanges, brokers).
  3. Fluent in English is a must; a second language is a plus.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  1. Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  2. Not afraid to ask questions or escalate risks.
  3. Comfortable working in a multicultural, distributed environment.
  4. Ready to grow into a lead PM role in a high-impact environment

WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN OUR TEAM?

  1. A welcoming international team of highly qualified professionals
  2. Work remotely from anywhere in the world
  3. Access any of our global offices anytime
  4. Company supports your professional growth
  5. Flexible schedule
  6. 40 paid days off
  7. Competitive salary

Time Zone Compatibility: Candidates must be located within UTC+0 to UTC+8 (e.g., between London and Singapore).

If you thrive at the intersection of project ownership, market connectivity, and cross-functional collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
