Junior Business Development Manager (Onboarding Specialist)

We are an international team of ambitious professionals united by a passion for innovation and efficiency. We are currently looking for a Junior Business Development Manager  - Onboarding Specialist to strengthen our BizDev team and take ownership of the full partner onboarding cycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding processes with final partners (providers, banks, financial institutions).

• Collect and verify onboarding documentation and distribute related tasks among internal teams (compliance, legal, bizdev, finance).

• Monitor deadlines, maintain records, and systematize documentation throughout the onboarding process.

• Communicate with partners.

• Provide support to the BizDev team with additional tasks (communication with teams and vendors, handling operational requests).

Who we’re looking for:

• Fluent Russian and strong English (Intermediate+ or higher) for business communication with partners.

• Prior industry experience is not required, but any background in administrative tasks, operations, or compliance is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.

• Ability to organize processes, track statuses, and deliver results.

• Proactive, systematic approach and readiness to take responsibility.
