Influencer Marketing Manager

We’re looking for Influencer Marketing Manager. Work experience: 3-5+ years

Requirements:

• Proven track record in influencer marketing: scouting talent, negotiating deals, launching campaigns, and driving measurable growth.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on: from planning to daily creator and community interactions.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

What you'll do:

• Lead influencer marketing initiatives from outreach and negotiations to coordination and performance tracking.

• Act as a bridge between the product team and the outside world, turning feedback from the community, content creators, and influencers into actionable insights.

• Collaborate with the team on broader marketing initiatives, including campaign development and cross-functional projects.

• Step into additional marketing tasks as we grow and scale.

• Seize the opportunity to grow into a leadership role and shape one of our core marketing directions.

It would be great if you:

• Are a passionate gamer who truly understands what resonates with players.

• Have experience building or/and nurturing an online community (especially Discord): you know what keeps players engaged and coming back.

• Speak languages other than English: you can connect with more players and content creators and speak their language, both literally and culturally.
