Influencer Marketing Manager

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Brand Marketing team. You’ll take charge of our influencer campaigns and ambassador programs, working directly with creators to amplify Pure’s unique voice. Your mission? Build authentic partnerships that spark conversations, shape trends, and grow Pure’s presence in key markets.

What you'll do :

• Manage and execute influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.

• Own and grow Pure’s ambassador programs, nurturing long-term relationships with creators and community leaders.

• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies.

• Collaborate with the Brand Lead, PR, SMM, and Content teams to integrate influencer and ambassador activity into wider campaigns.

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign and ambassador performance, ensuring clear ROI and brand alignment.

• Manage influencer and ambassador budgets, contracts, and reporting processes.

• Stay on top of cultural, platform, and creator trends to keep Pure relevant and innovative.
  

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships.

• Proven experience running influencer campaigns and ambassador/community programs.

• Familiarity with international markets and diverse cultural contexts.

• Strong network or knowledge of creators in lifestyle, dating, wellness, and Gen Z culture.

• Creative and collaborative mindset with strong execution skills.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

• Passion for promoting a sex-positive, inclusive, and fun approach to dating.
  

Further details:

• This position is remote-first and open for CET timezones.

• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

• You will report to the Brand and Partnership Lead and collaborate closely with the PR Manager, SMM Manager, and Content Manager.

• You’ll also coordinate with external agencies and influencer partners to maximize campaign impact.
