We are looking for an iGaming Product Manager who will take full ownership of our product's strategy, development, and evolution. This is a key position with a direct reporting line to the CEO.

You will be the heart and brain of the product. Your mission is to ensure its competitiveness, appeal, and growth:

• Strategy & Vision: Developing and executing a product strategy that directly impacts business goals and market share.

• Customer Focus: Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying pain points, and generating ideas for explosive growth.

• Competitive Edge: Constantly analyzing the market and competitors to ensure our product stays a step ahead.

• Execution: Translating strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for development teams.

• Product Delivery: Managing product localization (content, UX/UI, etc.) and working closely with engineers for fast and efficient results delivery.

• 🎯 WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• iGaming Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry is a must.

• Analytical Skills: Solid skills in data analytics, market research, and competitive analysis.

• Languages: Fluent Russian and Strong English (B2+).

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
