Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers and employees in the Engineering Division to enhance engagement, retention, and performance

  • Resolve conflicts and guide employee relations

  • Suggest and develop ways to support ongoing learning and professional growth for employees

  • Foster a positive company culture aligned with our values

  • Lead and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance reviews, etc.)

  • Bring experience in automating and streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency and scalability

  • Implement and track HR metrics, analyze trends, and present actionable insights

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in HR roles like HR People Partner, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and metrics

  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and analytical skills

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Good level of spoken and written English and Russian. English proficiency at a minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

  • Valid documents for traveling to EU countries
