HR Manager

Cyprus, Limassol

We’re looking for a strong, hands-on HR leader who will take full ownership of the people function. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team, build scalable HR processes, support business growth, and shape a strong, engaging company culture

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partner and main HR point of contact for CEO and leadership.

• Full ownership of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding.

• Implement HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and manage HR administration.

• Lead performance management, employee relations, and manager coaching.

• Drive company culture, engagement, rewards, and retention initiatives.

• Implement HR automation and use data to improve people processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a senior HR role; 3+ years in Fintech or a similar environment.

• Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

• Experience partnering with CEOs and senior leaders.

• Hands-on experience across recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.

• Data-driven mindset and experience with HR systems/automation.

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
