HR Manager

We’re looking for a strong, hands-on HR leader who will take full ownership of the people function. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team, build scalable HR processes, support business growth, and shape a strong, engaging company culture
Responsibilities
Strategic HR partner and main HR point of contact for CEO and leadership.
Full ownership of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding.
Implement HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and manage HR administration.
Lead performance management, employee relations, and manager coaching.
Drive company culture, engagement, rewards, and retention initiatives.
Implement HR automation and use data to improve people processes.
Requirements
5+ years in a senior HR role; 3+ years in Fintech or a similar environment.
Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Experience partnering with CEOs and senior leaders.
Hands-on experience across recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
Data-driven mindset and experience with HR systems/automation.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
