HR Generalist - People Partner

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist/People Partner to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks while also serving as a trusted advisor to employees and managers. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, exceptional organisational capabilities, and the ability to foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including processing employee data changes and documentation.

  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Drive and support mobility processes, including employee relocations, while optimizing collaboration with finance and legal teams.

  • Monitor team dynamics, proactively identify issues, and drive resolution at the departmental level.

  • Act as a trusted partner for employees and managers, advising on HR policies, processes, and best practices.

  • Handle employee queries with professionalism, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, People Partner, or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in English (at least B2).

  • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
