We're looking for our first HR Generalist - someone who will architect the entire People function from the ground up and build HR the way it should work in a modern tech company.

What you'll do
Recruitment & Hiring Take over and elevate our existing hiring process. We've got something that works, but it needs structure, transparency, and your professional touch. Coordinate with recruiting agencies, manage the hiring funnel, and make the process more systematic and scalable.
Onboarding & Integration Build a real integration experience from scratch. We have the basics covered (equipment, access setup), but there's no structured adaptation process. Create an experience that helps new hires ramp up quickly, feel like part of the team, and thrive through their first months.
Compensation & Benefits Own all compensation matters: tracking salary reviews, monitoring bonuses and referral payments. Figure out what's working and what needs improvement.
Internal Communications Become the primary point of contact for all HR matters in the company. Maintain open communication, gather feedback, and help the team feel heard.
Culture & Values Monitor and ensure our cultural values remain strong, supported, and thriving across the company. You'll be the guardian of what makes Variant Group a great place to work.
Process Optimization Some processes already exist but aren't working perfectly. You'll identify what needs rebuilding, get things running smoothly, and monitor effectiveness.
We're looking for someone who
Has 6+ years of HR experience, ideally in tech or startup environments
Has built processes from scratch and knows how to make them actually work
Can make decisions independently and isn't afraid of responsibility
Has excellent Russian (you'll be the voice of the company) and English at B2+ level
Understands the full HR cycle: from hiring to offboarding
Is proactive — sees problems before they become critical
Is people-focused and genuinely wants to create an amazing work environment
Believes in the importance of company culture and can represent and uphold our values
Is organized and detail-oriented, while also seeing the big picture
