HR Generalist

About the company
Blask is an international startup developing an AI-powered analytics platform for the iGaming industry. The company is growing fast and scaling its processes. We’re looking for an HR Generalist who can take ownership of IT and digital recruitment, employee support, and key HR processes — from onboarding to performance review.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and digital roles: sourcing, communication, interview coordination, feedback, and offer process.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Conduct regular HR surveys (eNPS, engagement, satisfaction, 1:1s).

• Participate in preparation and execution of Performance Reviews: communications, templates, results analysis.

• Track hiring KPIs and HR metrics (time to hire, conversion rates, headcount, attrition).

• Perform compensation benchmarking and collect salary analytics by roles and regions.

• Maintain PeopleForce: org structure, reports, employee data, statuses.

• Handle internal communications: newsletters, welcome emails, Slack updates, HR reminders.

• Systematize HR documentation, update guides, FAQs, and templates.

• Foster a feedback culture and support partnership between HR and teams.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in HR (preferably in IT or digital fields).

• Experience recruiting for IT and cross-functional teams.

• Understanding of the full HR cycle: onboarding, performance, surveys, analytics, offboarding.

• Proficiency with ATS systems (PeopleForce, BambooHR, or similar).

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and analytical mindset.

• Native-level Russian, English — B2+ (email, calls, candidate communication).

Nice to have:

• Experience setting up HR processes from scratch.

• Understanding of the iGaming market specifics.
