Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and manage our Human Resources department. This role is a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, as the company is currently at a scaling stage and actively optimizing many of its processes.
The HR Director will be expected to quickly dive into a wide variety of workflows, ensuring that existing practices are effectively supported while also building a strong foundation for the future. The role will oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The HR Director will manage the recruitment team, people partners, learning and development, and travel coordinators, driving efforts across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, and well-being..

Key Responsibilities:
HR Leadership & Strategy: Shape and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s overall vision, focusing on growth, employee well-being, and creating a more efficient organization.
C-level Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to ensure HR goals are aligned with the company's strategic objectives, helping to drive the business forward.
Team Management: Lead and support a diverse HR team across recruitment, people partnerships, learning and development, and travel coordination, guiding around 15 dedicated professionals.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire hiring journey, ensuring we attract, select, and retain top talent who align with our company culture and values.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Create smooth, welcoming experiences for new hires and provide structured, respectful transitions for departing employees.
Learning & Development: Foster a culture of continuous growth by designing and delivering learning programs that support employee development and career progression.
Employee Well-being: Develop initiatives that promote a healthy work-life balance, supporting the overall health and happiness of our team.
Performance Management: Drive an improve and ongoing, feedback-rich performance management process, including peer reviews and regular check-ins to ensure employees are growing and thriving.
Employee Engagement & Motivation: Lead efforts to maintain a positive, inclusive environment where employees feel engaged, valued, and motivated to contribute their best.
Budgeting & Salary Planning: Steward the HR budget with care, ensuring resources are used effectively for employee programs and operational needs. Oversee salary planning and compensation to ensure fair, competitive pay that aligns with business goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders across the company to understand their needs and provide thoughtful, strategic HR support in workforce planning, performance, and development.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably as an HR Director or Chief People Officer in IT environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment, talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
Experience managing cross-functional HR teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Deep knowledge of HR best practices.
Proficiency in English (C1 or higher) is required.
