HR Admin [Spain]
As part of our international HR expansion, we are looking for an experienced HR Admin Specialist to take full ownership of HR administration processes in Spain and ensure strict compliance with local labor legislation.
This role requires a high level of independence, strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, and hands-on experience working with official government systems.
Challenges that await you:
Full management of HR administration in Spain in accordance with Spanish labor legislation.
Administration of the entire employee lifecycle: hiring, contractual changes, leave management, and terminations.
Preparation and administration of employment contracts and addendums.
Registration of employees and management of employment-related procedures through official Spanish government portals.
Ensuring full compliance with Spanish labor law and internal company policies.
Handling employment processes for foreign nationals, including required documentation.
Liaising with government authorities, legal advisors, and external providers when necessary.
Advising employees and managers on labor law–related matters.
Maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
What makes you a great fit:
Strong practical knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and its day-to-day application.
Proven experience in full-cycle HR administration.
Hands-on experience working with official government portals and employment registration systems in Spain.
Experience supporting employment processes for foreign nationals.
Knowledge of Spanish migration law will be considered an advantage.
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR processes.
Experience working with HRIS and digital documentation systems is a plus.
