Head of User Acquisition
The Head of UA role requires deep expertise in managing large-scale budgets and driving app growth across key acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, ASO/ASA, and Web2Web funnels — while also leading and developing a high-performing UA team.
Responsibilities
Develop and own the UA strategy across Web2Web, Web2App, and mobile (iOS/Android) funnels for the B2C US market
Manage and grow a team of 5+ UA managers and coordinate with external agencies or partners
Lead campaign planning and optimisation across Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, Snapchat, and test new channels
Oversee $10M+ annual UA budget, ensuring efficient allocation and pacing across platforms
Set and track key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates
Build a transparent reporting framework for campaign and funnel performance across the organisation
Drive creative testing processes in collaboration with the Creative team to identify scalable winners
Implement and manage the MarTech stack (attribution, Conversions API, automation tools, onelinks)
Ensure cross-functional alignment with Product, Analytics, Creative, ASO, and Finance teams
Promote a culture of structured testing, data-driven decisions, and continuous iteration within the UA function
We expect that you have
2+ years in a senior or leadership role in performance marketing, managing large budgets and teams
Proven expertise in user acquisition for health & fitness, education, or gaming sectors
Experience managing teams of 5+ and mentoring talent toward high performance
Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, ASA, Snapchat, and their auction/optimisation mechanics
Familiarity with Web2Web, Web2App, and mobile acquisition funnels, including SKAN
Track record in setting up or scaling creative testing frameworks
T-shaped marketer with strengths in UA, creative strategy, analytics, and funnel thinking
Experienced in OKR-based goal setting and working with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with executive presence
Advanced English proficiency and high emotional intelligence with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
