Requirements:

  • Proven experience in UA or Performance Marketing in Health, Subscriptions, E-commerce, or GameDev

  • Track record of managing large monthly budgets ($500K–$1M+)

  • Hands-on with Meta Ads (required) and at least 2+ other paid traffic sources

  • Strong leadership: team hiring, coaching, scaling

  • Data-driven mindset with fast execution loop

  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, zero-to-one product environments

  • Passion for user psychology, funnels, and growth mechanics

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the full UA strategy from scratch

  • Manage multi-channel traffic acquisition (Meta Ads is a must)

  • Optimize performance across funnels: acquisition → retention → monetization

  • Lead and scale a team of UA & Media Buyers (5+ FTE)

  • Own UA budgets of $500K–$1M/month with full P&L responsibility

  • Collaborate with product, CRM, creative and analytics teams

  • Launch, test and scale campaigns with speed, precision and impact
