About the Role

We are looking for a strong sales leader to build and manage team of sales managers across Philippines. The number of partners is growing rapidly, and we need someone who can establish structured processes, drive efficiency, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

The position involves being and working most of the time in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and develop the sales team, fostering strong team spirit and a culture of ownership and accountability.

  • Build a system for planning, reporting, and evaluating team performance, including clear goals, metrics, and guidelines.

  • Identify and address bottlenecks in the sales funnel, adjusting processes and incentive structures accordingly.

  • Design and implement sales processes in collaboration with other cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, and engineering.

  • Actively participate in and improve our partner acquisition, onboarding and management processes to improve sales effectiveness.

  • Be ready to sell, engage deeply with the team, and spend significant time in the field.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles (B2B experience preferred).

  • Background in fintech, POS/BNPL, or retail industries is a strong advantage.

  • Experience in international markets, especially in Asia, is an advantage.

  • Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders (engineering, product, operations).

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to inspire and develop teams.

  • English proficiency B2+ since daily communication and management of a local team are required.

  • Willingness to spend substantial time in the field, working closely with partners and the sales team.
