Head of Product
We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Product to own product strategy, roadmap, and execution - from zero to scale. You’ll shape how millions of people create and interact with music.
What You’ll Own
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in tight partnership with the founders.
Build and lead the product function: research, design, analytics, and eventually a team of PMs.
Translate cultural insights into product features that resonate globally.
Work directly with engineering and design to ship fast, iterate, and scale.
Establish a metrics-driven culture: growth, engagement, retention, monetization.
Be the connective tissue between product, community, and business goals.
Represent product to investors, partners, and the industry.
This Role Is a Fit If You
Have 7–10+ years in product leadership, ideally B2C or creator/AI products with global reach.
Have taken products from 0 → 1 and from 1 → scale.
Can operate both strategic (vision, market, brand) and tactical (user stories, sprints, QA).
Speak the languages of engineering, design, and growth fluently.
Thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and love experimenting.
Obsess over user experience, culture, and impact.
Bonus Points
Worked in music, streaming, creator tools, or generative AI.
Deep understanding of content ecosystems (TikTok, Discord, YouTube, etc).
Have your own maker instincts.
