Responsibilities:

  • Launching, developing, and scaling acquisition channels for English-speaking audiences: SEO, PPC (Google & Microsoft/Bing), Paid Social (LinkedIn/Meta), Remarketing, Display/Programmatic, Email/CRM, Affiliate/UGC/Influencer marketing.

  • Organic SMM: content planning and management of corporate LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube (as needed); developing the personal brands of founders/experts; community management (including Reddit/Quora).

  • Content marketing for SEO: editorial calendar for the blog/glossary/guides/case studies; internal linking; guest posting and digital PR for link growth and E-E-A-T.

  • Formulating and prioritizing hypotheses, rapid A/B testing, and the test → analyze → scale cycle.

  • Full funnel and attribution digitization: events/goals, UTM standards, pixels/SDKs, server-side/CAPI, call tracking, end-to-end integration with CRM.

  • Budget and marketing P&L management: CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, payback period, contribution by channels and regions.

  • Close alignment with the sales team: joint marketing-sales SLA (MQL→SQL→Deal), weekly syncs, feedback on lead quality; streamlined lead handoff and stage tracking in CRM.

  • Sales enablement: English-language one-pagers, presentations, case studies, battle cards, email scripts/templates, ROI calculators.

  • CRO and landing page optimization for English-speaking segments: drafting technical assignments, A/B testing, conversion rate growth.

  • Events/exhibitions in key regions: pre-sale campaigns, materials, lead capture, post-event funnel.

  • Utilizing modern AI tools for research, media planning, creative generation, and automated reporting.

Requirements:

  • 4-6+ years in digital/performance marketing with proven case studies of traffic/lead/revenue growth in English-speaking markets.

  • English at B2+ level: ability to write ads/landing pages/materials and communicate with ad platforms/contractors.

  • Strong hands-on experience: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads; experience managing substantial budgets.

  • English SEO: technical audits, keyword research, content planning, link-building, Core Web Vitals, schema markup.

  • Organic SMM: management and growth of corporate LinkedIn/X, content planning, community management, content distribution.

  • Established collaboration with sales: implementing SLA, MQL/SQL criteria, CRM processes, influencing deal conversion; sales enablement experience.

  • Analytics and tracking: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio - required; server-side/CAPI, call-tracking - preferred.

  • End-to-end analytics/CRM: integrating traffic, leads, and deals in Monday (or Monday Sales CRM); form/call/email integrations.

  • Data handling: advanced Google Sheets/Excel; SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel - a plus.

  • Creative development and drafting briefs for design/landing pages; proficient in formal business correspondence in Russian and English.
