Head of People & Culture
This is an exciting opportunity to support the Senior Management Team to achieve the Group’s vision & strategy and continue to develop and grow the People & Culture function which is central to a global company with a professional, friendly and results-driven culture.
Reporting to: CEO, Company size: 300+, Team size: 9
Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnership
- Act as a strategic advisor and coach to managers and employees, providing support on organizational changes, team dynamics, individual development, and conflict resolution
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design efforts to support scalable and sustainable growth.
Performance Management Leadership
- Enhance and lead the performance management framework to support a high-performance culture
- Drive goal setting, reviews, feedback, and career development initiatives
- Use performance data to identify trends, improve outcomes, and guide strategic decisions
Strategic Partnership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports organizational goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align the people and culture strategy with the company’s mission, values, and growth plans
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters
Culture & Leadership Development
- Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture rooted in organizational values and feedback
- Use engagement surveys and feedback to assess and improve employee experience
- Lead initiatives that boost engagement, wellbeing, communication, and recognition
Talent Development & Succession Planning
- Collaborate with department heads to identify high-potential talent and design succession plans
- Oversee learning and development initiatives that build capability and support performance excellence
- Champion coaching, mentoring, and continuous feedback throughout the organization
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and oversee a high-performing HR team across core HR functions:Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Learning & Development leads ensuring consistent recruitment, onboarding and performance management, people operations infrastructure, global learning and development strategies
Internal Communications
- Develop and oversee an HR-driven internal communications strategy
Total Rewards & Recognition
- Oversee the strategy for compensation, benefits, employee experience, recognition, and wellbeing programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals
Compliance & Policy Governance
- Establish and maintain a strong infrastructure, ensuring effective systems, HR analytics, and legal compliance across jurisdictions. Oversee and update HR policies and global employment practices aligned with business needs and regulations
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Relevant HR certifications or qualifications (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) are a plus
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a senior leadership role within international and multicultural organizations
- Proven track record of leading strategic HR initiatives across the full employee lifecycle
- Strong understanding of HR disciplines: culture & leadership, L&D, rewards, compliance, performance, and employee experience
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and geographically dispersed organization
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into insights and action
- Fluent in English (Greek or other languages are a plus)
