Head of Marketing (E‑commerce, Jewelry Brand)

Remote

Location: Remote (3–4 hours of timezone overlap requared) or Valensia, Spain office.

We're looking for Marketing Manager to lead and scale the marketing function for a fast‑growing jewelry e‑commerce brand with a strong aesthetic identity and a loyal international audience.

A key focus of this role is driving growth and strengthening our market presence in the US and UK, where the brand already has traction and significant expansion potential.

Topics: Strategy & Growth, Lead Generation & Performance, Website, UX & CRO, Social Media & Content, Analytics & Decision‑Making, Leadership & Management. 

Candidate:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Head of Marketing in e‑commerce, including managing both in‑house and remote teams. Experience working with the US and UK markets is mandatory.

  • Deep expertise in lead generation and experience working with niche, non–mass‑market brands (lifestyle, design, fashion — strong advantage).

  • Languages: Russian — fluent; English — B2/C1.

Hard Skills

  • Performance marketing across paid channels

  • SMM strategy and execution

  • Analytics with a focus on data interpretation and decision‑making, not just reporting

  • Web analytics and understanding of user behavior
