Responsibilities

Retention & Employee Experience

  • Build and execute a comprehensive retention strategy for the Cyprus site.

  • Develop data-driven insights and action plans to improve engagement and reduce turnover.

  • Partner with managers to strengthen leadership skills, team communication, and management routines.

  • Provide coaching and guidance on team challenges and organizational dynamics.

  • Lead site-level training and development sessions.

Performance & Growth Processes

  • Oversee and guide the Performance Review cycle for the Cyprus site.

  • Train managers on evaluation quality, feedback delivery, and goal-setting.

  • Ensure alignment with global frameworks and consistency across teams.

  • Define and provide support for the recruitment strategy and priorities for the site.

Local People Partner

  • Provide operational and strategic support for HR activities.

  • Identify challenges, propose solutions, and influence decision-making.

  • Collaborate closely with global HR counterparts on people programs, policies, and culture initiatives. 

  • Support organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a comparable HR/People Partner role, in a global tech environment.

  • Ability to provide advanced consulting on skillful application of HR Principles.

  • Proven experience in retention, manager development, and performance management.

  • Ability to coach, influence, and build trust with managers at all levels.

  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on partnership skills.
