Mission of the Role

To transform a functional Telegram product into a scalable business: increase the user base and NAV through Telegram, influencers, and partnerships.

What We Already Have

• Telegram bot and mini-app (DAU ≈ 2200 / MAU ≈ 22000)

• 680 clients with deposits, NAV ≈ $36,000

• EU license (Czech Republic)

• 12 languages, geographic presence in LATAM / MENA / Turkey / Asia / CIS

• Channels: @bitronixapp, @bitronix_news, @BitronixAppBot, website bitronix.inc, X/Twitter

2026 Goals

• Q1 --- $1m NAV, ≥300 deposits, install-to-deposit conversion ≥2%

• Q2 --- $3m NAV, ≥1000 deposits, 7-day retention ≥15%

• Q4 --- $8m NAV, ≥5000 deposits, stable growth of $50k NAV/month

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy

• Manage Telegram / X / YouTube channels

• Launch referral and influencer programs

• Develop partnerships with mini-apps, exchanges, communities

• Analyze funnel and KPIs

• Coordinate contractors

• Weekly reporting on Deposits / NAV / ROI

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in growth marketing for crypto / fintech / Telegram products

• Experience with Telegram Ads, influencers, affiliate networks

• Analytical and content creation skills (RU / EN)

• Self-motivation, result-oriented, fast-paced

Advantages

• Experience with TON / Mini-App / DeFi / Trading Bots

• Connections with crypto influencers or AMA experience

• Understanding of unit economics in deposit-based models

Team

• Reports to --- co-founder / COO.

• Resources at your disposal: junior marketer (to be hired), designer (outsourced), support bot.

Conditions

• Full-time, remote / hybrid

• $1500-2500 fixed salary + 0.5-1% of NAV growth (to be determined after the interview)

• KPI-driven model: NAV growth = income growth
