Head of Digital Content
The Head of Digital Content will lead the creation, planning, and delivery of high-quality multimedia content that drives awareness, education, and adoption of the TON ecosystem. This role will oversee the content production pipeline across video, design, and copy, ensuring consistency, creativity, and operational excellence. Working closely with the VP Digital Marketing and the Social Media Team, this leader will deliver impactful digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels — elevating the brand’s creative output and production efficiency globally.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the global digital content strategy aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Translate the TON narrative into engaging stories that attract developers, creators, and partners.
Maintain an integrated content roadmap covering video, graphics, articles, and web assets.
Partner with the Social Media team to synchronize content across platforms and channels.
Creative Direction & Production Oversight
Oversee the end-to-end production of digital content: concept, scripting, design, editing, and publishing.
Manage internal and external creative resources (videographers, designers, illustrators, agencies).
Enhance brand guidelines, define templates, and build workflows to ensure visual and tonal consistency.
Conduct creative reviews, provide feedback, and uphold high standards of quality and storytelling.
Workflow, Process & Delivery
Build scalable content production systems — including briefing templates, timelines, and approval structures.
Manage and prioritize content requests from across the organization based on impact and alignment.
Ensure timely delivery of assets for paid media campaigns, website updates, and social activations.
Performance & Optimisation
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Analytics and Strategy to measure content performance (views, engagement, CTR, conversions).
Continuously optimise content formats, messaging, and creative execution based on performance insights.
Champion experimentation and innovation in visual formats, narrative approaches, and storytelling techniques.
Marketing Procurement & Vendor Excellence
Build and maintain a black book of trusted creative talent, freelancers, and agencies across video, design, and copywriting.
Lead marketing procurement for creative resources — negotiating costs, contracts, and scopes to maximise value.
Drive production efficiencies by improving turnaround times and streamlining collaboration processes.
Ensure the organisation continuously elevates creative quality while maintaining speed and cost discipline.
Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and upskill internal content team members (e.g., Video Production Manager).
Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven creative culture within the Digital Content Hub.
Champion best practices in content operations and cross-functional teamwork.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in content production, creative direction, or brand storytelling.
Strong portfolio and network across digital video, motion graphics, and campaign production.
Proven experience managing creative teams and external production partners.
Deep understanding of both creative quality and operational efficiency.
Exceptional organisation and communication skills; comfortable building processes from the ground up.
Experience in Web3, fintech, or tech ecosystems is a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, or similar).
