Head of Delivery Platform

We’re looking for a Head of Delivery Platform to build and lead the end-to-end Card Delivery Platform — combining operational excellence, delightful customer experience, and data-driven growth impact.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Finalize business case and define the minimal loveable product

  • Validate market, operational, and financial assumptions.

  • Define MVP / MLP scope balancing customer value, cost, and scalability.

  • Align with stakeholders on success criteria, rollout plan, and resource needs.You’ll define and drive the roadmap for the Card Delivery Platform — from MVP to scale, transforming operational pains into elegant, data-backed product solutions.

  1. Establish the delivery platform as a technical and operational product (0 → 1)

  • Design and implement end-to-end architecture (system, process, data, and partner layers).

  • Build key integrations with couriers, CRM, core banking, and mobile app.

  • Establish operational playbooks, SLAs, and feedback loops between product, ops, and tech.

  • Recruit, train, and lead the core delivery platform team via internal mass hiring platform.You’ll build internal tools and apps for couriers, operations, and monitoring teams — managing everything from task creation to route optimization and SLA tracking.You’ll work closely with tech, ops, and risk to blend fintech precision with delivery speed.

  1. Own performance and business outcomes

  • Own current delivery integration with a partner.

  • Orchestrate delivery splitting engine (own vs partner).

  • Own metrics of quality, productivity, NPS, CAC, cross-sell, and BAF conversion.

  • Continuously improve process efficiency, unit economics, and service reliability.

  • Implement real-time tracking, dashboards, and performance reviews.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and scale.You think in metrics — success rate, TAT, cost per delivery, CSAT/NPS — and use data to guide every improvement.

  1. Deliver value and UX

  • Ensure seamless customer journey across mobile app, call center, and courier experience.

  • Lead UX and communication design for transparency and delight (status tracking, notifications, issue resolution).

  • Integrate customer insights and data into the product roadmap.

  • Drive measurable improvements in satisfaction, engagement, and card activation.You’ll shape how thousands of customers receive their cards — fast, safely, and with a smile.

  1. Scale and institutionalize

  • Transform the platform from pilot to scalable operation (multi-region, multi-product).

  • Build governance, metrics, and feedback systems for sustainable growth.

  • Partner cross-functionally (Growth, Risk, Ops, Product, Compliance) to ensure alignment with company OKRs.

  • Represent the delivery platform in strategy, planning, and innovation initiatives.You love turning messy, complex systems into simple, scalable ones.You can talk API with devs and SLA metrics with ops in the same breath.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • 4+ years of experience in Product or Program Management, preferably in fintech, logistics, or operations-heavy environments.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, able to link UX with business and operational metrics.

  • Experience with delivery or logistics platforms and fintech products (card issuance, activation) is a plus.

  • Skilled at collaborating across hybrid teams and understanding on-the-ground operations.

  • Comfortable with SQL or analytics tools for validating insights with data.
