About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Content to lead and scale our short-form content production system, with a direct impact on views, conversions, and revenue.

This is an operational leadership role with full ownership over content performance. You will:

• Own the end-to-end content production system

• Optimize processes, resources, and output quality

• Lead the team and external partners

• Be accountable for content performance and P&L impact

Content production is one of the core growth drivers of the brand.

Content Production Setup

• Head of Content — owner of strategy and results

• Content Managers — day-to-day execution

• UGC creators — video production

• Editing — outsourced partners

• AI content specialists — working from briefs

• Scripts & ideas — collaborative workflow

Your goal is to ensure consistent output, quality, and scalable performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize short-form content production (UGC, AI, outsourced editing)

• Build and manage a high-performing creator and content team

• Define and execute content strategy across TikTok / Reels / Shorts

• Test, iterate, and scale winning formats

• Own content performance metrics (views, retention, conversions, sales impact)

• Make data-driven decisions on scaling, optimization, and resource allocation

• Work closely with marketing and design teams

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience leading or scaling short-form content production (UGC, creators, outsourced teams)

• Deep understanding of TikTok / Reels / Shorts and recommendation dynamics

• Strong performance mindset: ability to connect content to conversions and revenue

• Systems-driven operator with ownership over processes, output, and results

• Data-informed decision-maker (testing, iteration, scaling)

• Comfortable working with distributed teams and external partners
