Head of Client Support
KoinSky is a fintech company with two core products, including our own payment system for players and users.
Right now, our client support is just starting to take shape: we have 2 specialists manually checking transactions and collecting data from different sources. There’s no ticketing system, KPIs, or established standards yet
We are looking for a Head of Client Support who is ready to build the support function from the ground up — from tools and processes to team culture and quality metrics.
What you will do:
Build and scale the client support function for fintech products from scratch;
Optimize transaction handling and incident management;
Select and implement ticketing and monitoring tools;
Define standards, KPIs, and quality control processes;
Collaborate with payment providers and internal operations teams;
Grow and inspire the team as the company expands.
What we expect:
3+ years of experience in support for fintech or payment services;
Solid understanding of payment processing workflows;
Experience in setting up processes and implementing tools from zero;
Strong data-handling and analytical skills, attention to detail;
Client-oriented mindset and ability to shape a service culture;
Team management experience and technical background will be a plus.
