We’re looking for a visionary yet extremely hands-on Head of Brand to lead the next chapter of Replika’s global brand story.

This isn’t about keeping things tidy. This is about making waves — globally. You’ll define a crystal-clear brand strategy and bold messaging across all touchpoints (product, marketing, media, leadership, communities). You’ll drive cultural relevance, creative bravery, and emotional resonance at every level.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Replika’s global brand strategy, identity, and comms narrative across all channels

  • Drive crisp, consistent positioning and messaging across product, marketing, media, and leadership comms

  • Be deeply hands-on: be able to write brand copy, press angles, product messaging, creative headlines, and social content

  • Launch bold, audacious outbound brand & media campaigns

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and exec team on personal branding, speaking opportunities, and media positioning

  • Work closely with the product team to ensure brand and communication are embedded across the user experience

  • Oversee and scale our social media and community presence (200k+ followers)

  • Manage a small, high-performing team

  • Push creative boundaries — and deliver, not just dream

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative direction, or communications — ideally in high-growth tech

  • Impeccable speaking and writing skills in English - must have

  • A proven track record of building iconic global brands (agency or in-house)

  • Experience owning or leading rebrands or global campaigns

  • Deep understanding of media, pop culture, internet trends, and storytelling

  • Obsessed with quality, clarity, creativity, and cultural impact

  • Comfortable being extremely hands-on — no ego, just impact

  • A personal social media account you're proud of (yes, we’ll ask)

  • Passion for emotional products, future-facing technology, and human connection

  • Experience in managing teams or small creative departments

  • Confidence to operate in ambiguity and shape direction from scratch

Bonus Points

  • Experience with high-profile media placements or brand campaigns featured on TV or international press

  • Worked closely with or within elite creative agencies

  • Has built a personal brand or led founder/exec brand development

  • Exposure to consumer apps, emotional tech, or mission-driven products

  • Background in journalism, art direction, or cultural programming
