Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a traffic acquisition strategy for Tier-1 markets (excluding UK, USA).

• Search, select, and evaluate partners in PPC, SEO, ASO, In-App, Facebook Ads, and influencer traffic.

• Build and manage a product-side acquisition team.

• Optimize user acquisition funnels, including retargeting and remarketing.

• Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns using analytics and cross-channel attribution tools.

• Identify and test new traffic sources and partnerships.

• Collaborate with the product team to ensure traffic meets product KPIs.

• Represent the company at iGaming exhibitions.

• Promote the company through personal branding (optional, to be discussed).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in PPC, SEO, ASO, In-App, and Facebook Ads.

• Experience working with retargeting and influencer traffic.

• Strong understanding of Tier-1 markets and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Excellent analytical skills, experience with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).

• Well-developed networking within digital marketing and traffic arbitrage.

• Experience collaborating with product teams and understanding product analytics.
