Head of Affiliates
Location: Cyprus - Limassol
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in iGaming / Betting including at least 2 years in a senior or head-level role (Head / Lead / Senior Affiliate Manager).
Strong track record in building, scaling, and optimizing affiliate programs across multiple GEOs.
Established network of active affiliates, partners, traffic sources, agencies, and media buyers — with the ability to activate connections on short notice.
Experience working with in-app agencies, tipsters, influencers, media buying teams is a strong advantage.
Previous experience managing Tier 1, Tier 2 GEOs, with understanding of cultural and market specifics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to forecast ROI, assess traffic quality, identify risks, and act proactively.
Experience in building funnels, optimizing KPIs, and increasing affiliate profitability.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Ability to lead a team, mentor junior managers, and set clear KPIs and processes.
High level of responsibility, ownership, operational discipline, and decision-making ability.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overall affiliate strategy focused on the betting niche for multiple GEOs.
Develop and establish an affiliate program.
Build, lead, and mentor the affiliate team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Identify, attract, and negotiate with new top-tier affiliates, expanding the company’s global affiliate network.
Manage and optimize relationships with key partners, ensuring long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation.
Set KPIs and performance targets for the affiliate team; monitor and analyze results to ensure business goals are met.
Oversee affiliate campaigns: traffic quality, conversion rates, ROI, and compliance with company standards.
Collaborate closely with other departments (Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business strategy.
Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify new trends, growth opportunities, and risks.
Represent the company at international iGaming conferences, expos, and networking events.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities.
