Growth UI/UX Designer

Your Mission

Ensure that every potential Buddy player and payer experiences a compelling, clear, and intuitive journey during their first hours with the product — maximizing conversion and warming them up for long-term engagement. 

Objectives & Outcomes

• Provide high-quality design support for mobile and web funnel optimization

• Turn hypotheses into clean, implementation-ready designs on a daily basis

• 2× new monthly subscribers growth by January 2026

• Conduct a regular analysis of competitors’ funnels

• Maintain consistent brand and emotional tone

• Contribute bold CRO ideas and solutions

Competencies

• 5+ years of general experience in UI/UX or Web Design

• 3+ years focused on conversion funnels across mobile and desktop

• Proficient in Figma, prototyping, and clean asset structure

• Proven ability to deliver designs from rough ideas on a daily basis

• UX-writing awareness and application

• Familiarity with AI image generation tools

• Basic art direction: guiding illustrators and visuals

• English: intermediate or better

Bonus Qualifications

• Both Mobile Web and Mobile App design background

• Graphic design experience

• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian

• Ongoing habit of competitor review and deconstruction

Gameplay (What You’ll Do)

• Design and improve Buddy’s onboarding and subscription funnels

• Delivery complete implementation ready solutions on a daily basis

• Collaborate closely with Growth, UA, Dev, and QA teams

• Maintain clarity in Growth Design

• Propose UX improvements based on competitors, data and experimentation

• Take initiative, act fast, and communicate with impact

Position details

• Geography: Fully remote, ideally within ±3h of CET

• Language:  English (Intermediate+), Ukrainian/Russian is a plus

• Remote position: 100% remote
