Growth Product Manager

We’re looking for a data-driven, experimenting, and product-obsessed Growth Product Manager to unlock the next stage of growth across our ecosystem of products.

This is a role for someone who gets energy from discovery, testing, learning fast, and turning insights into compounding results.

Responsibilities

  • Run growth and A/B experiments
    Design, execute, and analyze experiments across the entire funnel - from initial activation to long-term formation.

  • Own onboarding, activation & retention flows
    Build experiences that get users to value faster - and keep them coming back.

  • Conduct customer interviews & market research
    Turn insights from qualitative conversations and usage data into hypotheses and product changes.

  • Optimize pricing & packaging
    Test value-based pricing models and optimize our packaging.

  • Support product marketing & launch motions
    Define messaging, narratives, and campaigns that convert.

  • Work cross-functionally
    Collaborate tightly with Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive shared outcomes.

About you:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in growth product management roles

  • Hands-on experience growing B2B SaaS or PLG products

  • Fluent in metrics: activation, time to value, retention, expansion, ACV

  • Thinks in systems and loops instead of one-off features

  • Both analytical and curious - you spot patterns in data and validate them with real users

  • Understands pricing, packaging, and product positioning

  • Knows how onboarding should be - simple, delightful, effective

  • Communicates with clarity and works well with cross-functional teams

  • Can run customer interviews without a script and extract the truth behind words

  • Thrives in ambiguity, makes decisions fast, and moves without waiting for permission

  • Writes well: specs, summaries, experiment reports, and crisp updates
