Growth Marketing Manager
Location: Manila, Philippines (initially on-site, remote after a period)
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will own acquisition, activation, and conversion optimization for our Deposits and future Daily Banking products. You will centralize and lead the full cycle of growth experimentation — from hypothesis creation and data analysis to A/B testing and implementation.
This role brings together work that is now spread across multiple teams, allowing for faster execution, clearer accountability, and more structured learning. You’ll drive continuous experimentation, improve funnel performance, and uncover high-impact opportunities that accelerate user and deposits growth.
We would like you to relocate to Manila for the first 3–6 months.
We cover flights and initial accommodation. After this period, you may choose to stay in Manila or work remotely within GMT+5 to GMT+9 to maintain synchronous collaboration with the team.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and manage a structured backlog of growth hypotheses focused on acquisition, activation, and retention.
Act as the project owner for growth experiments, coordinating execution with acquisition, product, design, origination, affiliate, and SEO teams.
Design, launch, and evaluate A/B tests across paid channels, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
Analyze user behavior and campaign data to identify conversion bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements.
Maintain a transparent experiment tracking system with clear outcomes and next steps.
Work closely with the creative team to test new messaging and visual approaches aimed at improving user quality.
Present experiment results, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Stay updated on growth, fintech, and performance marketing best practices to introduce new high-impact tactics.
You’re a great fit if you:
Have 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth in fintech, banking, or digital services.
Have hands-on experience running A/B tests and data-driven experiments across marketing and product funnels.
Bring a strong analytical mindset and can interpret data, define success metrics, and translate insights into action.
Understand marketing funnels, CRO principles, and user lifecycle measurement.
Know tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, AppsFlyer, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and A/B testing platforms.
Communicate clearly and manage cross-functional projects with confidence.
Enjoy experimenting, testing bold ideas, and learning quickly.
Speak fluent English; familiarity with the Philippine market is a plus.
