Growth Manager (CRM)
We are hiring a Growth Manager specializing in CRM channels (email and push) to boost engagement, retention, and subscription revenue. Your role will combine campaign strategy, channel optimization, and experimentation. You will manage the health of our CRM infrastructure, design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple markets, and run data-driven A/B tests to maximize results.
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns (email & push) across multiple markets
Run systematic A/B tests on messaging, offers, segmentation, scenarios
Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights with the team
Collaborate with product and analytics teams to improve retention and LTV
Monitor and manage the technical health of CRM infrastructure (deliverability, IP/domain reputation, spam rates, etc.)
Evaluate and implement new CRM tools and capabilities when needed
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Growth, CRM, or Product Marketing (mobile apps experience is a plus)
Strong analytical mindset and practical A/B testing experience
Understanding of user retention, monetization funnels, and lifecycle marketing
Familiarity with Tableau or other analytics tools
Ability to quickly master CRM tech and data infrastructure supporting automation and reporting
English: Upper Intermediate or higher
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with at least one CRM/email/push platform (e.g., Reteno, Mailchimp, Braze, Iterable, etc.)
Experience with subscription-based products
Experience with international audiences and multi-language campaigns
Your goals and KPIs during the probation period:
Successfully run CRM campaigns (email & push) end-to-end, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Improve engagement metrics (open rate, click-through rate, purchase conversion rate) for assigned campaigns.
Demonstrate ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
Show readiness to work with CRM tech stack and campaign infrastructure, learning automation and data flow processes.
