Graphic & Web Designer в Synder

We’re looking for a Graphic & Web Designer who combines strong visual design skills with hands-on web implementation experience. This role focuses on creating marketing and product visuals, designing and building web pages, and supporting growth initiatives with conversion-focused design solutions.

The ideal candidate doesn’t just execute tasks but proposes design ideas, creates mockups, and brings them to life — working closely with Marketing and Product teams.

What you’ll do

• Design web and graphic assets for marketing and product needs.

• Build and maintain landing pages using Webflow.

• Propose design concepts and create wireframes, mockups, and final visuals.

• Work with HTML and CSS to support and customize web layouts.

• Create banners, creatives, presentations, and other visual materials.

• (Ideally) Create and configure forms in HubSpot, add basic scripts, and think through user logic and flows.

• Use AI tools to optimize design and web development workflows, speed up execution, and explore design alternatives while maintaining high quality and consistency.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure design supports conversion and usability goals.

• Manage multiple design tasks in parallel in a fast-moving environment.

What we expect

• Experience as a Web Designer / Graphic Designer in a digital or product-driven environment.

• Strong skills in web and graphic design (landing pages, banners, presentations).

• Hands-on experience with Webflow.

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity in design and web development, with the ability to work independently and choose the right tools to achieve results.

• Ability to propose design solutions, not just execute tasks.

• Understanding of basic UX/UI principles and user flows.

• Experience with HubSpot forms, scripts, or logic is a strong plus.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
